PinnacleSlate (磐石石业) is a billiard slate factory based in China, equipped with our own slate quarry and a full CNC machining workshop. We produce precision-calibrated slate panels for pool, snooker, carom, and Russian pyramid tables — supplying table manufacturers and distributors across Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
We don't buy slate from third parties and we don't outsource processing. Owning the quarry gives us control over raw material quality. Running our own CNC workshop gives us control over dimensional accuracy. This vertical integration is the reason our customers get consistent quality on every repeat order.

We currently export to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and European markets — and we're expanding. We handle FOB, CIF, and EXW terms.
Send us your table specifications and hole layout drawings. We produce samples for your inspection, finalize specs, then run production with a stable lead time. Whether you need a trial container or ongoing monthly shipments, we scale to your production schedule — not the other way around.

We operate our own slate quarry — not a trading company buying from third parties. This means consistent stone density, controlled color batches, and zero supply chain disruptions when you need repeat orders.
Every slate panel is cut, drilled, and surface-ground on CNC equipment. Flatness tolerance held to ±0.05mm on competition-grade products. Pocket holes and bolt holes are positioned exactly to your CAD drawings — no manual rework on your assembly line.
Every panel passes three inspection checkpoints: raw slab screening, mid-process dimensional check, and final flatness + hole position verification. We inspect 100% — not sample-check — before packing. Defective panels never leave our factory.
Slate is fragile. We've shipped thousands of containers to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Europe — and learned exactly how to pack so panels arrive intact. Foam interleaving, wooden A-frame crates, steel strapping, and container-friendly stacking.

Reinforced crating for export
Premium-grade slate extracted directly from our own quarry. Each block is hand-selected for density, uniformity, and structural integrity — the foundation of consistent quality from the very first cut.
Large blocks are wire-sawn into slabs at controlled speed to prevent internal stress. Thickness is held to ±0.5mm tolerance before machining — a critical foundation for flatness in later stages.
Pocket holes, bolt holes, and slate-pin holes are machined on multi-axis CNC stations. Position accuracy is held within ±0.1mm — guaranteeing drop-in fit with your table frames, every time.
Each surface is lapped and polished to achieve flatness of ±0.05mm across the entire playing area. The bed surface is fine-ground for consistent ball roll; cushion rails are matched to exact height.
